1. Introduction

Welcome to Kapless cuts! We are committed to providing high-quality barbering services to all our customers. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern the use of our services and booking process. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Appointment Booking

Online Booking Only: All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking platform. We do not accept walk-in clients.

Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or text confirmation. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details when booking.

Booking Time: Arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and your appointment time may be shortened.

Duration of Appointment: The length of your appointment will vary based on the service selected. Please allow sufficient time for your chosen service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of the Full Price of the haricut or may result in a non-refundable charge.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 6 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, based on availability.

4. No-Show Policy

no-Show Fees: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us of your cancellation or delay, you may be charged a no-show fee equal to the full service price.

Repeated No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of your booking privileges.

5. Payment Policy

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, cash. Full payment is due at the time of service.

Deposit for Appointments: For certain services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Personal Items

Responsibility for Personal Items: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during your visit to our shop.

7. Health and Safety

Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect your haircut or styling services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe your health and safety may be compromised.

COVID-19 Safety Measures (if applicable): We adhere to government guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Please follow all health and safety protocols when visiting the shop.

8. Conduct

Respectful Behavior: We ask that all clients act in a respectful and courteous manner during their visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Service Changes

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any services without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of such changes.

Data Collection: When booking an appointment, we may collect personal information (such as your name, phone number, and email address) to process your appointment and for marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kapless cuts will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the provision of services, except in cases of negligence or misconduct on our part.

12. Modifications to Terms

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly. Continued use of our booking services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
